The warmer weather this week has me dreaming of frolicking in a field of tulips. As we shed the shell we’ve worn all winter and unfurl our wings into the new season it’s time to start thinking about more outside time as a family. If one of those outside activities is going to be a family session, and I hope it is, you’ll need to think about the all important component, wardrobe. Here are three spring looks to inspire your family session wardrobe.
A soft coral palette for this family of three. I always try to think about how different groups would look paired together. For example just kids, mom with kids etc. This fun and a little trendy look still stays timeless with the more muted tones.
For a cooler spring day I paired both dads in light weight sweaters and a more muted color palette with a hint of green.
I love the soft lavender tone of this look. I used the mom’s beautiful ditsy floral print dress from Target as the starting off point to plan the entire wardrobe. I loved the grounded nature of the periwinkle sweater for dad.
I hope these three looks inspire your family session wardrobe this spring. And as always don’t forget to share your looks with us on instagram @casacamhi , Happy Shopping!
